It's empowering to read about a teenage girl comfortable in her own body, one that is determined to change people's perceptions about body image... and she's funny too. It's a terrible idea. I think health is beautiful. Someone can be really skinny and not healthy. If you're taking care of your body, nourishing it, and giving it proper exercise then you're doing a great job...no matter the outcome. Atkins is very unhealthy BTW. :) I'd always be happy to help you with ideas for food and stuff...I'm not a professional yet but it's my dream job for sure.
